Modification of the closing date of IGE+XAO SA’s financial year
The Combined General Meeting of IGE+XAO SA, held on 25 June 2018, approved the change of closing date of the Company’s financial year, from 31 July to 31 December of each year. Thus, IGE+XAO SA's 2017/2018 fiscal year will have an exceptional duration of 17 months, from 1 July 2017 to 31 December 2018.
