The Type Database Manager is missing information, why?

When I open the Type Database Manager using 'Functions > Database' I can only see 1 panel where normally there is a manufacturer, parts and properties sections, where have they gone and how do I get them back?

Sometimes if there is an unexpected interruption in the program the panel height and widths get reset and the extra panels don't appear.
Close all active projects, then you should be able to use the 'File > System Settings > Colour and Layout > Reset Stored Windows Positions'. Click the 'Reset' button to correct the problem.
