Why does it take so long to print the cabinet page?

When I print the cabinet it takes much longer than circuit diagram pages, why?

This is most commonly experienced when cabinet symbols have been created from imported DWG and DXF files where there are lots of complex graphics. Often text is separated into separate arcs and lines and 3D images are imported with only the top view showing but still contained all 3D graphics underneath.
If this could be the reason, look into simplifying the symbols, perhaps by freezing the symbol and drawing a simpler representation over the top.
