SEE Electrical PLM software: a modular and complete software suite for managing the integral electrical product lifecycle (PLM – Product Lifecycle Management).

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) consist of managing the entire lifecycle of a product starting with requirements, through design,  then manufacturing  service and disposal. PLM includes people, data, processes and business systems. It provides a product information backbone.

In the field of electrical equipment, PLM software packages allow to work in parallel on the functional level (from block diagrams to wiring diagrams) as well as the installation level (from space reservation to geometrical harness). This process requires sophisticated tools since data will constantly change as project maturity grows.

SEE Electrical PLM offers a modular and complete software suite for managing the complete lifecycle as well as complex cabling configuration for all kinds of vehicles or industrial plants.

SEE Electrical PLM software answers the need for a complete engineering process, from requirements management to wiring diagrams automatic generation in parallel with a single electrical database.

The topology approach allows integrating systems design as well as 3D space reservation. Furthermore, it manages the life cycle and configuration of electrical wire harnesses.

SEE Electrical PLM connects to SEE Electrical Harness Manufacturing in order to manufacture the wire harnesses.
