Can arcs be added over crossing wires ?

When wires cross without connecting we are used to having arcs over the wire to avoid confusion. Is it possible to do this automatically in See Electrical?

No, sorry this is not possible automatically.

It is possible to create a dumb graphical block/macro which contains a white-filled section and an arc to give the impression that the wire arcs over the wire however this approach is purely manual and would have to applied to ever situation.
