IGE+XAO Director of NAM Marketing Communications & Events initiates, coordinates and executes advertising and marketing activities to create brand awareness and interest, provides sales enablement tools & services to support prospects in their purchasing consideration and to increase customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
• Event Management: develop, execute, oversee and track internal & external IGEXAO events, including user summits, tradeshows, conferences, webinars, seminars etc. (40%)
• Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and measure global cross-channel print and digital campaigns, promoting products, solutions & services (20 %)
• Email Marketing: Initiate, plan and oversee email-marketing campaigns, supporting all stages of the sales funnel (20 %)
• Collaboration & Alignment: Marketing POC for internal departments, customers, global offices and representative offices, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image (10 %)

Skills & Profile
• Undergraduate / Master’s degree in business, marketing
• 10+ years of experience in high-performance B2B marketing

What do you get to do in this position?
This position is accountable for the promotion and growth of a range of CAD Software products & services under the direction of the Country Sales Manager. Educates customers on offer and application advantages and how they meet customer's needs. Addresses and services the needs of targeted and established accounts.

Responsibilities
• Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new
• Develops the customer base, visiting new and potential customers
• Develops and cultivating good customer relationships via regular check-ins, on-site visits
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts
• Performing product technical demonstrations, answering to customer initial questions and needs
• Achieving sales goals

Responsibilities
• Responsible for customer service and the proper functioning of the product at our customers
• Develop, automate and support the creation of quality dashboards and databases
• Participate in the design, creation and preparation to give product training to our customers.
• Participate in the creation of component data for North American customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for product quality

This position is accountable for the development and maintenance of a range of CAD Software products under the direction of the Technical Service Director. This individual will develop exciting enhancements to improve customer experience with the tool by adding features and ensuring quality.

Responsibilities
• Work with an international team of software and support engineers
• Support North American market for software development and custom applications
• Create documentation and keep applications up to date for use by customers and internal team
• Create demo applications for proof of concept and then implement into the software
• Update existing software code, procedures, and standards features to align with the North American market
• Troubleshoot issues that occur with existing program

Product Manager Job Description

Reporting to Lead Product Manager, this role is to manage the product and solution strategy for ECAD, targeted to support our ECAD Business Strategy on one or several products

Implement the vision
Based on input from market research, customer visits, reference group meetings, sales, create and gain approval and commitment for one year imperatives to outline the priority activity for the next fiscal year.
Drives the realization of business cases for each identified opportunity.
Conducts competition analysis.

Manage product and roadmap
Creates and delivers to Product Development market requirements specifications.
Monitors progress with Product Development on the product/solution development plan including agreement to any changes of scope or timing.
Responsible for acceptance of product releases against relevant market requirements specifications.
Maintains close relationship with the Product Owner to ensure that the roadmap delivers the necessary strategic imperatives.
Measures customer satisfaction & adoption.

Support Sales enablement
Refinement of the commercial model and pricing for the product(s).
Contributes to the creation and refining of product sales collateral (brochures, slide shows, videos, white papers, etc.) by providing challenger messaging in cooperation with Marketing Communication and Sales.
Acts as the focal point for the sales units when corporate support and input is required for major or strategic sales activities, including assisting with the response to RFQs and joining the sales teams for key customer/prospect events and meetings.
Facilitates the collection and exchange of sales success stories and information and assists in the creation of customer reference materials.
Supports sales enablement in establishing a training and education program that provides knowledge (industry, products and sales arguments) to Sales.
