Error with SeeProtection.dll file on starting See Electrical

When I start See Electrical I get an error about SeeProtection.dll file being the wrong version, and the software will not start, why?

Each new version of See Electrical may update the protection method used. This functionallity is provided by the SeeProtection.dll file but only 1 file can be registered with Windows at a time. If you have several versions of See Electrical installed at once it is possible that the wrong one is registered.
Use Windows explorer to search in the most recent version of See Electrical for the file 'SEEProtection.bat' and double-click to run the file. This should register the correct file with Windows and allow the program to start.
If this doesn't correct the issue check with your IT department that you have sufficient rights to run the file, you may require local administrators rights.
