How do I draw a circle of a specific radius ?

I want to define the radius of a circle using the actual values like in AutoCAD rather than just clicking on 2 points on the page. How can I do this?

SEE Electrical
Version : V5 - V8R1
Module : Settings
OS : Windows 8
Topics : circle radius offset

Select the 'Draw > Circle' command then click the centre point of the circle and hit the space bar. A dialogue appears allowing the radius to be set.
Selecting the Space bar before clicking the first point also allows user input of the circles start points X and Y position.
