How do I draw a line of a specific length?

I want to define the length of a line using the actual values like in AutoCAD rather than just clicking
on 2 points on the page. How can I do this?

Select the 'Draw > Line' command then click the first point of the line and hit the space bar. A
dialogue appears allowing the end point to be set as an absolute, relative, or polar value from the
start point.
Selecting the space bar before clicking the first point also allows user input of the lines X and Y start
position.
This also works with rectangles and circles as well as defining cabinet sizes in the Cabinet Layout
pages.
