Unable to release license

Why, when I close the software can't I release the Internet license?

The most common reason for this is either if there is no Internet access available or when the 'Use Proxy Server' option in the 'Proxy Settings' has been left selected but no settings have been entered.
This causes the licensing to try and use empty proxy settings to make the connection to the Internet.
If you do not use separate proxy settings to connect to the Internet ensure that this setting is not checked.
If this does not correct the issue please contact your local technical support.
