Why can't I change the Product Name?

The Product field in the component properties is grayed out, how do I modify it?

The reason it is grayed out is either because the 'Name locked' status has been set to 'Locked Fully' or the 'Circuit Diagram > Properties > Component Numbering' has been set up to use 'Cell' in its numbering format. When Cell is used the product name is defined by which column or row the symbol has been placed in and is locked to this value.
Either change the Component Numbering to not use cell or to modify individually change the Name Locked status from 'According setting' to 'Locked on Move'.
